Insulating glass manufactured with modern machinery for automatic gas-filling and automatic sealing. The glass is supplied with ground perimeter as standard to reduce the risk of breakages during construction.
Tempered: the production of tempered safety glass with forced air convection system specific for selective glass types, such as Guardian Glass. It has its own Heat Soak Test system connected to the tempered glass facility for shatter testing to prevent inclusions of nickel sulphide.
Grinding: grinding systems to carry out polished edge, shaping and all necessary operations such as holes, incisions, 45° angles to create glass for parapets, shower cubicles etc.
Laminated: machinery for glass laminating with interlayers extra resistant to weather and humidity , extra strong for parapets using forced convection ovens and new vacuum technologies.
